Board Directive
The Board Directs the AOI Retail Council to support and develop legislation that promotes free enterprise, removes barriers to hiring, reduces excessive regulations and keeps taxes and feeson the retail trade low.
Issues
The issues addressed by the Retail Council include asset protection, credit, trade practices, advertising, grocery, packaging, trade practices, loss control and state internet trade.How We Work
The Council addresses issues that usually arise from retail members. Policy positions are sent to the Board of Directors for direction. The Council serves as a retail advisor to the Board, alerting them to issues that affect the industry.
