AOI LifeHELP is an Employee Assistance Program providing 24-hour confidential counseling with professional, experienced counselors. Assistance is available for alcohol or drug-related problems, depression, mental health, family and relationship issues, finances and other challenges. The program has bilingual counselors available in most areas.

AOI LifeHELP also provides ongoing individual consultation for employers and supervisors concerning problem employees, and group training sessions for senior-level managers and executives. This low-cost benefit can really save employers money by helping employees through their issues to get back to working productively.
