AOI HealthChoice is a group health insurance program with a wide variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision and chiropractic. The Program is available for employers with 2-74 employees.

There are six medical plans offered through Kaiser Permanente and four through HealthNet. AOI HealthChoice also offers employees their choice of three dental carriers: Advantage Dental, Kaiser Permanente and Willamette Dental. (Employees can each choose the dental carrier that best suits their needs regardless of which group health provider the company selects.)

AOI HealthChoice pools its participating employers to negotiate medical rates as one large group, which allows small businesses the type of volume purchasing power typically enjoyed only by large employers.

In addition, when your group enrolls in AOI HealthChoice, we include Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits at no extra cost, provided through our partner E.A.S.E., Inc.

Employers must be or become AOI members. Rates for AOI HealthChoice can be obtained by contacting your appointed health insurance agent—if you currently have a relationship with an agent, AOI will work with the agent to complete the appointment process. If not, we will be happy to recommend an agent in your area.
